Paddy’s Kitchen

Our kitchen has long been the warmest corner of the estate. Meals are cooked with care and rooted in the flavours of the hills. Indian or Continental, the food is comforting and unhurried.

"This is no ordinary place. It is a living poem, nestled amidst ancient deodars, resilient oaks, and graceful cypresses, where nature whispers her quiet truths to those willing to listen."

There's a lot that you can do in and around our estate

Rest a While with the Hills

Sit Back and Relax

Sip something warm, breathe in the crisp air, maybe grab a book, and let the quiet do its work. Settle into a chair overlooking the hills and let the valley slow you down. This is your softest way to unwind.

A Calm Spot Among Trees and Birds

Hilltop Picnics and Hikes

Where We Are

Look at the map, and you’ll see why guests like it here. We sit between two worlds - Forests and lakes on one side, the town close by on the other.

The house itself sits at the top of a quiet hill within a private estate, with no neighbouring houses peeping in.

Quiet, open, and comfortably connected.
