"This is no ordinary place. It is a living poem, nestled amidst ancient deodars, resilient oaks, and graceful cypresses, where nature whispers her quiet truths to those willing to listen."

"To be welcomed by Paddy, her boys and the team in this colourful, rustic, elegant and clean home is to experience luxury and absolute comfort. The culinary experience is unforgettable."

Slow Down and Soak In Mountain Living
There's a lot that you can do in and around our estate
Rest a While with the Hills
Sit Back and Relax
Sip something warm, breathe in the crisp air, maybe grab a book, and let the quiet do its work. Settle into a chair overlooking the hills and let the valley slow you down. This is your softest way to unwind.

Let the Hills Be Your Office
WFH means Work From Hills!
With our reliable WiFi, power back-up and sweeping hill views. Work at your own pace, step out for fresh air between tasks, and enjoy workdays that feel lighter, calmer, and a little more inspiring.

Wander Through the Heart of the Woods
Forest Trails and Hidden Lakes
Head out for a few relaxed walks through forest paths to reach one of the region’s most pristine lakes. Sit by the shore, enjoy a small picnic, or continue onward to Sat Tal for a longer day out.

A Calm Spot Among Trees and Birds
Hilltop Picnics and Hikes
Follow a beautiful wooded trail up to Karkotak’s summit. From the top, you’ll see Bhimtal, Naukuchiatal, and even Nainital on a clear day. It’s scenic, quiet, and rewarding.

Where We Are
Look at the map, and you’ll see why guests like it here. We sit between two worlds - Forests and lakes on one side, the town close by on the other.
The house itself sits at the top of a quiet hill within a private estate, with no neighbouring houses peeping in.
Quiet, open, and comfortably connected.
